A seasoned manufacturer of bathroom and kitchen fittings and plumbing hardware established in 1968, Sans Chuan is known for supplying faucets and shower items of stainless steel as one of only handful suppliers of this kind in Taiwan.
Mainly motivated by California’s AB1953 law, which phases out lead from all plumbing products installed in potable-water lines used in the state, the farsighted manufacturer therefore began making stainless-steel faucets and shower items a few years ago to ride the growing wave of human- and eco-friendly plumbing hardware.
Having advanced production facilities gives Sans Chuan a boost to develop the segment, achieved by a full line of state-of-the-art equipment, including CNC turning machines, multi-task lathing and milling machines from Japan and CNC 4-axis milling machines, employed in-house.
In addition to a production factory, the firm also operates a polishing plant. The competitive advantage enables the maker to handle almost a full cycle of production, from designing and prototyping to gravity casting, manufacturing and surface finishing, which assures customers of consistent quality, high efficiency, punctual delivery and all-around services.
Sans Chuan’s product lineup is comprised of various basin faucets, shower faucets, showerheads, towel hooks and bars, toilet paper holders, soap holders, brush holders, glass shelves, angle valves, towel racks, SPA faucets, etc., all of which are certified by Singapore’s national standard PUB for water efficiency and unbeatable quality without use of health-hazardous materials. The company markets its products worldwide under its KOLM brand, and welcomes partnerships with foreign buyers.
